Shipping & returns


Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Domestic are shipped through PostNL. International orders by FedEx or DPD.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on or
Orders will be packed and shipped within one workingday.

Store pick ups are ready in store same day. Within one hour of ordering your package will be ready to be picked up!

Items have to be picked up within 14 days or ordering. If you are having difficulty picking up within the timeframe, please email us: [email protected]
If your order is collected outside of the 14 day period, you may not be able to return your item for refund, only for exchange or store credit. (We are not a storage depot ;) )

All transit times are indications. As we are not in control of the shipping as soon as its in the hands of the courier. No rights can be derived from these transit times.

You have the right to return/exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the goods. 
If you wish to do so please follow these steps:

  • Use the returnform that's in the box. (if you did not receive one with the package, you can download one here)
  • Fill in your order number and mentioning the product desired to return/exchange.
  • Fill in the complete return form.
  • Send the package back to us. 
  • The package has to be received by us within 14 days of receiving the goods. 
  • Upon our inspection of the item(s) we will send you an exchange or refund.
  • We will refund within 10 days upon arrival of the return.
  • If the steps have not been followed accordingly, if the return has passed the returndeadline or the product (or extras as hangtags/box etc) has been used/damaged or tampered with. The return will be refused.
  • It's also possible to return the product in our brick and mortar store. (always add a complete filled in return form)
  • Special releases can have different returnpolicies, due to risk of fraud/reselling.
    If this is the case, it's always stated on the product description.

  • We do not refund return shipping costs and customs tax/duties.
  • If you refuse the package, return shipping will be for the cost of the customer.
  • Underwear and swimwear can NOT be exchanged or returned, due to hygienic reasons.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, box etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
You will be refunded within 10 days of receiving the return, when return has been checked accordingly. For international orders we will refund your payment minus shipping costs.
